Chauffeur & Airport Transfer Service
1. Drivers are provided by Far East HR Limited.
2. Cars are provided by Far East Rent-A-Car Limited (AVIS Licensee Hong Kong).
3. Car models are subject to availability at the time of making reservation.

Monday: 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m

Details, Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion is valid until 17 December 2017.
2. The package is non-transferable.
3. Each client is eligible for getting maximum of 2 free trip(s) within the same week.
4. The free airport transfer can be converted to Hong Kong departure port transfer. (Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal, China Ferry Terminal, Kai Tak Cruise Terminal, Tuen Mun Ferry Pier, Lok Ma Chau (San Tin) Public Transport Interchange, Hung Hom Station)
5. The free trip(s) is valid for 3 months starting from the package purchase day. The blackout date of free trips usage: 18 Dec 2017 to 4 Jan 2018 & 8 Feb 2018 to 25 Feb 2018. Usage of the free trip(s) is subject to availability.
6. All terms and conditions included in AVIS Feb 2017 rate card are applicable.
7. AVIS Hong Kong reserves the final rights in case of any disputes.

Applicable on Chauffeur Driven

1. Petrol consumed, parking fees, tunnel and bridge tolls are not included in the rental fee. The applicable fees will be paid by client.
2. The starting time is counted from the agreed pick up time.

Applicable on Airport transfer / Departure Port transfer

1. Petrol consumed is included in the rental fee.
2. Additional charge of $200 per trip will be applied outside office hours, double charge from 00:00 to 07:00.
3. Cross-Harbour Tunnel and Tsing Ma Bridge tolls are included in the rental fee. If the client choose to use other tunnel(s), tunnel toll(s) will need to be paid by the client.
4. For pick-up at the airport, our waiting time is 1 hour which starts counting from the arrival time of flight. If the client(s) is/are late, we will change the order to Hourly Charge Service according to car model. Besides, Airport parking fee will be paid by the client.
5. For pick-up at other departure port, our waiting time is 15 minutes which starts counting from the agreed pick up time. If the client(s) is/are late, we will change the order to Hourly Charge Service. Besides, departure port parking fee will be paid by the client.

Details of Making Payment and Required Documents

Payment must be paid by credit card due to the high level of guarantee and flexibility. We only accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. The following documents are required:

1. A filled in and signed Letter of Authority by the credit card holder.
2. Photocopies of H.K. Identity Card or foreign passport and the front and back of credit card of the credit card holder.
3. Photocopy of Business Registration Certificate of your company if you want your company be the renter.

Cancellation Policies

No refund or cancellation is allowed once the booking is made.

Change of schedule

Schedule change is subject to the vehicle availability and manpower.
