Cross Border Terms and Conditions：

• The one-way fares do not include tunnel fees. Tunnel fees will be charged separately and will be deducted from the customer`s provided credit card after the completion of the service.

• The service is available from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. An additional special time slot surcharge of HKD $500 will be applied.

• An additional fee of HKD $200 will be charged for designated checkpoints.

• Additional charges may apply on busy dates, such as public holidays.

• For itineraries that require additional stops or pickups/drop-offs at specific locations, charges will be applied per zone: within the same zone in Hong Kong (HKD $200), between different zones in Hong Kong (HKD $400), within the same zone in Mainland China (HKD $500), and between different zones in Mainland China (required extra quotation).

• The complimentary waiting time for the driver upon arrival at the designated location is 30 minutes. If the waiting time exceeds 30 minutes, an additional charge of HKD $500 per hour will be applied, with any duration less than one hour counted as one full hour.

• For trips lasting more than one day, the customer is required to provide meals for the driver at HKD $150 per meal and accommodation at HKD $900 per night.

• Any changes to the booking time and itinerary must be notified at least five working days in advance.

• The company is not responsible for any loss or damage to passengers` luggage, and any claims or liabilities related to passengers` luggage are the sole responsibility of the passengers.

• If passengers are carrying multiple or oversized pieces of luggage, please inform Avis Hong Kong in advance for proper arrangements.

• Avis Hong Kong reserves the right to add or cancel any terms and conditions without prior notice. Avis Hong Kong also reserves the final right of interpretation and decision on all terms and conditions.

• About custom requirements upon arrival & Departure: Customer(s): Should possess valid travel document or visa for departure and / or arrival. Luggage: Do not carry any restricted items, otherwise customer(s) will be liable for all responsibilities and charges, including car rental charges during delays.
