Terms and Conditions
Charge of petrol consumed is included in the rental fee.
A surcharge of 20% will be applied outside office hours.
For cars in Prestige fleet, the minimum usage is 5 hours continuously. For cars in Avis fleet, the minimum usage is 3 hours continuously.
One hour of additional surcharge will be applied for starting location in New Territories.
Parking fees, tunnel and bridge tolls are not included in the rental fee. If those fees and tolls are applicable, we will charge those from your credit card afterwards.
Details of Making Payment and Required Documents
• Payment must be paid by credit card due to the high level of guarantee and flexibility. We only accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
• The following documents are required
A filled in and signed Letter of Authority by the credit card holder.
Photocopies of H.K. Identity Card or foreign passport and the front and back of credit card of the credit card holder.
Photocopy of Business Registration Certificate of your company if you want your company be the renter.
Cancellation Policies
• No refund will be made for cancellation or no show.

You can book a wedding car with Avis up to 3 months in advance.
We are happy to provide wedding car services at any time of the day. For services outside office hours, an additional fee of 20% of the rental will be charged.
