Charge of petrol consumed is included in the rental fee.
Additional charges will be applied outside office hours.
HKD$30 toll fees are included in the rental fee. If the client choose to use the other tunnel(s), the tunnel toll(s) will need to be paid by the client.
Our waiting time is 15 minutes which starts counting from the agreed pick up time. If the client(s) is/are late, we will change the order to the Hourly Charge Service.
For order which picking-up client(s) at the airport, our waiting time is 1 hour which starts counting from the arrival time of the flight. If the client(s) is/are late, we will charge the order to the Hourly Charge Service. Besides, Airport parking fee is not included in the rental fee. We will charge it from the provided credit card afterwards.
The Point to Point Service can only be used again if there are at least 4 hours between the last drop-off and the next pick-up time.
For any partnership discounted offer, it will not be applied in the surcharge fee.
Cancellation Policy
- No refund for cancellation or no-show.
