Details, Terms and Conditions

  • Charge of petrol consumed is included in the rental fee.
  • A surcharge of 20% will be applied outside office hours.
  • For cars in Prestige fleet, the minimum usage is 5 hours continuously. For cars in Avis fleet, the minimum usage is 3 hours continuously.
  • One hour of additional surcharge will be applied for starting location in New Territories.
  • Parking fees, tunnel and bridge tolls are not included in the rental fee. If those fees and tolls are applicable, we will charge those from your credit card afterwards.

Details of Making Payment and Required Documents

  • Payment must be paid by credit card due to the high level of guarantee and flexibility. We only accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

The following documents are required:

  • A filled in and signed Letter of Authority by the credit card holder.
  • Photocopies of H.K. Identity Card or foreign passport and the front and back of credit card of the credit card holder.
  • Photocopy of Business Registration Certificate of your company if you want your company be the renter.

Cancellation Policies

  • No refund will be made for cancellation or no show.

  1. How far in advance can I make a booking with Avis?
    You can reserve your booking for wedding cars 3 months in advance.
  2. What type of wedding cars can I choose from ?
    You can choose from the cars in our Prestige fleet and Avis fleet on our website
  3. What color do you provide for your car models?
    he choice of color depends on the car availability at the time of booking
  4. Does the wedding car comes with decoration?
    No.
  5. Do you have minimum usage for wedding car hire?
    Minimum usage for Prestige fleet is 5 hours, and for Avis fleet is 3 hours.
  6. Do you provide coach services?
    Yes. 24, 28 or 50 seats coach services are available upon request. You may make your booking for coach service from the Chauffeur Service page on our website.
  7. Are the gasoline, tunnel fee and parking fee included in the rental rate?
    No.
  8. What year are your cars in Avis Fleet?
    Normally the age of our cars are within 3 - 5 years, we do provide new model depending on availabilty.
  9. When is the earliest time for using the wedding cars?
    We are happy to provide the wedding cars service anytime of the day. For service outside office hours, a surcharge of 20% of the rental fee will be applied
  10. Do I need to tip the driver?
    No.
  11. WilI the chauffeur driver dressed in uniform?
    They will dress in smart attire.
