DETAILS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    For Point to Point Services:

  • Charge of petrol consumed is included in the rental fee.
  • Additional charge of HK$300 will be applied outside office hours (22:00 – 07:00).
  • Additional charge of HK$150 for requesting Greeting Service with Prominent Name Plate will be applied.
  • Our waiting time is 30 minutes which starts counting from the agreed pick up time. If the client(s) is/are late, overtime fee (HKD350/hour) will be charged accordingly.
  • Additional charge of HK$300 will be applied if adding one stop.
  • Tolls of Tsing Ma Bridge, Cross-Harbour Tunnel, Tseung Kwan O Tunnel, Aberdeen Tunnel, Shing Mun Tunnel and Sha Tin Height Tunnel are included in the rental fee of single trip. If the client chooses to use the other tunnel(s), the tunnel(s) will need to be paid by client.
  • Change of tour is subject to availability and the rental rate will be revised accordingly.

    For Cross Border Chauffeur Service:

  • Charge of petrol is included in the rental fee.
  • Additional charge of HK$500 will be applied outside office hours (22:00 – 07:00).
  • Additional charge of HK$300 for requesting Greeting Service with Prominent Name Plate will be applied.
  • The surcharge of overnight driver services is HK$1050 per night.
  • Change of tour is subject to availability and the rental rate will be revised accordingly.

    • For Hourly chauffeur driven service:

  • Guangzhou location: The minimum charge is 12 hours consecutively per order.
  • Shenzhen and Dongguan location: The minimum charge is 9 hours consecutively per order.
  • All parking fee, tunnel / bridge tolls and miscellaneous charge are excluded from the rental fee.
  • About customer requirements upon arrival & Departure:
    • Customer(s): Should possess valid travel document or visa for departure and / or arrival.
    • Luggage: Do not carry any restricted items, otherwise customer(s) will be liable for all responsibilities and charges, including car rental charges during delays.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
  • No refund will be made for cancellation or no show.
