Terms & Conditions:

1. This offer is only valid for one-time use to the AVIS TO GO App cum Caltex members. Each member will only enjoy the privilege once during the offer period. The offer is only valid within Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
2. This offer is applicable for booking through Avis Hong Kong hotline only. Customer must provide a valid Caltex membership card number when making the call.
3. Reservation of the Single Trip Service must be made at least 3 working days in advance.
4. This offer is valid until 30th September,2019 and must be consumed on or before 30th November,2019.
5. This offer is only valid during office hour, otherwise. an additional service charge of HK$200 per trip will be applied outside office hour on top of the basic charge of HK$180, subject to paragraph 10 and 11 herein for waiting time charge for Hong Kong airport pick-up service. Office hour: Monday: 8 am - 7 pm, Tuesday to Friday: 9 am - 7 pm while Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday: 9 am - 6 pm
6. Transportation fee of HK$100 will be charged to the customer when the Single Trip Service is provided before 7 am or after 12 am.
7. Drivers are provided by Far East HR Limited.
8. Vehicles are provided by Far East Rent-A-Car Ltd (AVIS Licensee in Hong Kong).
9. Vehicle model & colour are subject to availability.
10. For pick up at Hong Kong International Airport, our complimentary waiting time is 1 hour which starts counting from the flight actual arrival time. If customers are late, we shall charge HK$250 per hour after the complimentary waiting time, with maximum waiting time of 2 hours. Minimum charging time will be for an hour. Airport parking fee incurred on top of the complimentary waiting time will also be charged.
11. For pick up at location other than the airport, our complimentary waiting time is 15 minutes counting from the scheduled pick-up time. If the customers are late, we shall charge HK$250 per hour after the complimentary waiting time, with maximum waiting time of 2 hours. Minimum charging time will be for an hour. Parking fee incurred on top of the complimentary waiting time will also be charged.
12. Cross-Harbour Tunnel at Hung Hom and Tsing Ma Bridge tolls are included in the service fee. If customers choose to use other tunnel(s), customers shall pay for the additional tunnel toll(s).
13. Cancellation or rescheduling must be made during office hour and at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick up time. Customer can only reschedule the booking once.
14. In case of any dispute, Avis Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision.
15. This Terms and Conditions has been translated into Traditional Chinese. Any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English versio and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
16. Any person who is not a party to this offer may not enforce any of its terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 Laws of Hong Kong).
17. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in relation to the offer shall be governed, construed, interpreted, enforced and the relations between the parties be determined in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its choice of law rules.
