Part A. General Terms and Conditions
1. AVIS TO-GO Referral Program starts from 18th November 2019 to 31st May 2020(both first and end date inclusive)
2. Referral Program includes 「Referrer’s Rewards」(Details are listed in Part B) and 「Referee’s Rewards」(Details are listed in Part C)
3. An eligible Referrer must be a AVIS TO-GO app registered user and successfully register before 18th November, 2019.
4. An Eligible Referee must be a new AVIS TO-GO app user, there is not any orders or cancelled orders, so that they are eligible to participate in this referral program
5. Referee who applies the promotion code when first payment is made can enjoy HK$200 discount. In the meantime, Referrer will get basic rewards (Details are listed in Part C)
6. Referrer must successful refer referee to use his personal promo code in AVIS TO-GO app to complete the order and fulfill the requirements below (「Successful Referral」, so that Referrer can receive referral rewards.
a. Referee must confirm payment and complete order in AVIS TO-GO app (Including cancelled orders), payment made in our stores will not be counted as successful referral; and
b. Referee’s registered phone number and contact number can not be the same as Referrer’s/ other Referees’, also prepaid SIM phone number is not accepted as a registration/ or as a contact number; and
c. Referee can not share the same credit card for payment with Referrer/ or other Referees.
7. Each Referee can only be referred once during the promotion period. According to our company record, if the same Referee is referred by more than one Referrer, only the first promotion code listed as the earliest submission is recorded as successful referral.
8. Referrer can not refer himself to participate in this referral program. Referrer and Referee can not refer each other to receive referral rewards.
9. Avis employees will not receive referral rewards, and they are not eligible to become Referrer and Referee.
10. If Referee’s order is not completed on or before 30th June, 2020, Referrer will not receive Referrer’s rewards, but Referee’s rewards will not be affected.
11. All referral rewards can not be redeemed as cash or other rewards, and non-transferrable.
12. Avis Hong Kong reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the promotion or its terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Avis Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision.
13. If there is any breach of these terms and conditions or illegal, fraudulent or abusive behaviour during the use of promotion code, Avis Hong Kong will forfeit such eligible user’s entitlement of promotion code, and reserve the right to cancel such transaction and to take legal action against the relevant user.
Part B. Terms and Conditions of Referrer’s Rewards
(i) Basic Rewards: Can get a 30% off Self Drive promotion code for 1 successful referral, limited to 5 times. (Basic Rewards are non-transferrable and/ or exchanged in cash.)
Terms and Conditions of 30％ Self Drive Promo Code
1.Promotion Code is only applicable on AVIS TO-GO app to book self drive rental.
2.Promotion Code can only be used when logged in.
3.This promotion code is valid to 23:59 (GMT+8) 31st May, 2020.
4.Each promotion Code can only be used once.
5.Must apply the promotion code at the confirmation page to enjoy this special offer. Each order can only use one promotion code.
6.This special offer cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-transferrable and used in conjunction with any other promotion offers.
7.Avis Hong Kong is not responsible for human faults (lost and stolen).
8.Promotion code is restricted by terms and conditions.
9.In case of any dispute, Avis Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision.
Part C. Terms and Conditions of Referee’s Rewards
Terms and Conditions of Personal Promotion Code
1. Personal promotion code is only applicable for AVIS TO-GO app account where no reservation records are found.
2. Personal promotion code is valid to 23:59 (GMT+8) 31st May,2020.
3. Personal promotion code is only applicable on AVIS TO-GO app booking.
4. Referee’s order must fulfill requirements below, but not limited to:
a. Must pay in AVIS TO-GO app, not applicable on payment in our stores, payment in our stores will not be counted as successful referral.
b.Referrer and Referee can not be the same person, each Referee can only be referred once through this referral program. If the same Referee is referred by more than one Referrer, only the first promotion code listed as the earliest submission is recorded as successful referral.
5.Referrer must successful refer referee to use his personal promo code in AVIS TO-GO app to complete the order and fulfill the requirements below (「Successful Referral」, so that Referrer can receive referral rewards.

10.Every personal promotion code is not limited to usage.
11. Personal promotion code can not be exchanged in cash or other coupons.
12. In case of any dispute, Avis Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision.
